Ahmed from reception provided excellent support . His enthusiasm about the resort was wonderful. He gave detailed explanations about restaurant options. He also shared insights about the beach. The staff arranged a cake with fruits to celebrate my birthday. The gesture felt tender.

The condition of the rooms seemed outdated. The showerhead felt cheap, a detail that slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

The super staff provided me with an upgrade to a superb room. The resort's design is beautiful. The amenities included a fine pool area. The room was spacious and meticulously maintained. I loved the room service and their professionality. The staff were attentive and always smiling.

The resort layout felt disorganized making navigation confusing.

I enjoyed the valet parking. The valet staff was REALLY helpful this time. Jalil at reception was also very friendly and helpful. He gave me a good room and made check-in quick.

My room had an odd smell and felt small. The room chiller could not be controlled. It was 24 degrees at NIGHT which was too hot for me. I saw big salt water stains on the sofa.
